I’m excited to share that as of September 1, 2026, my massage practice will be moving to a new downtown Nelson location.
You’ll find me at 515 C Vernon Street, Nelson, BC, in the downstairs unit next to Investors Group and across from Jackson’s Hole restaurant.
This new chapter will be unfolding under the name Root & Wing Wellness, and I’ll be offering treatments from a shared space within Harmony Hutt. My practice will remain separate, with all appointments, bookings, and client care continuing directly through me.

I am a true Kootenay gal at heart, growing up in Nelson and Ymir, then relocating to the beautiful Slocan Valley.
My passion for massage therapy stems from a personal journey of physical injury recovery and a history of living with chronic pain. This experience has helped me gain insight and a deep level of understanding and compassion for those I treat.
I work primarily in deep tissue, integrated with relaxation, movement and myofacial release techniques. I believe that the road to injury / illness recovery and self-care are a personal journeys, but not one that you have to go entirely alone.
In our sessions, you can expect me to share knowledge of anatomy/physiology, and give you helpful tips to get you back to your fully functioning self. I strive to provide home-care aimed to increase strength and stretch routines that encourage proper movement. This model of treatment gives you the tools to become an active participant in your own self-care and road to healing.
